Sharing knowledge and skills is the most common role of a teacher plays in the classroom to children.

Discussion doesn’t last that long, only about 30 minutes. The rest of the time is allocated for activities like dancing and games.

Preparing Lessons and Materials 

SMP Labschool Universitas of Pendidikan Indonesia considered the needs of different types of learners. They are not just focusing on one but in general. They trained the teachers to provide activities that can accommodate the multiple types of intelligence. As a P.E teacher, I also consider the interest of my students and adjust as long as I can and most importantly, I always provide materials to manipulate by my students to have an hands-on experience.

Measurement and Evaluation

The teachers did not just focus on their cognitive skills but also in their affective and psychomotor skills. They provide authentic assessment that can evaluate the students' performance well. In every performance task, the teacher always provide a criteria in order for the students to have a guidelines in which they will focus and to avoid biases. It promotes fairness to all and acceptance so that the for the next activity, they will do their best more and strive hard. They also give feedback every after their task/activity.
