TEACHING PRACTICE
Every time I have my class, I always starts with a game, dance and sing to energize my students and catch their attention. That strategy gave by my Cooperating teacher, Pak Eka. This is very effective. After this, I will start my lesson proper following what's in my lesson plan.

Time Management and Organization of Activities
Time management is very important when you are doing a demo teaching. First, I will prepare my lesson plan ahead of time as well as the materials needed. Second, I always put time in every part to estimate how long it will take. Third, I have to deliver a clear instruction in every activities to avoid misinterpretation and to accomplish our activity with the time allotted.

When I gave instruction or delivering my lesson, sometimes my students had a problem in terms of understanding it because some of them are not that used in English that is why I have to make an alternative way in order for them to still participate in my class.
Classroom Management
My students were disciplined and I can easily get their attention through my instruction/activity. I am so amazed by their attitude because at first, I am afraid that they will not follow what will I tell them but it ends up that they are respectful although there are times that they are noisy but it's normal because they are still a kid. I always set a friendly environment in my class so that they can express themselves.
